MARKETING MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.

Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.

Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.

Compile lists describing product or service offerings.

Initiate market research studies or analyze their findings.

Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.

Coordinate or participate in promotional activities or trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, or production managers, to market products or services.

Consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand.

Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.

Prepare drawings, estimates, and bids that meet specific customer needs. Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products, prices, and sales.

REQUIREMENTS:

Male age min. 28 years old and max. 45 years old

Bachelor degree D3 (Diploma)/S1 (Strata), majoring in any field (preferably in Engineering as background education)

At least 4 – 5 years in management experience within the manufacturing automotive/stamping industries

Posses strong leadership skills and be able to operate computers (minimal Ms. Office 2007)

Have good ability in negotiation, persuasion, social perceptiveness, monitoring, operation analysis, and decision making

Fluency in Japanese (minimal level N. 3) and English (Verbal & Written)

Willing to be placed at Karawang – West Java
