SECURITY SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years in Security Department

Prior working experience from hotel

Understands the whole aspects of hotel/resorts Security management, from Security plan, physical security, loss prevention, incident management, crime investigation, emergency response and crises management

Able to build cooperative network with local police, military, government officials and community leaders

Able to prepare strategic operation plan with logical details & assumptions

Able to provide alternative advices and solutions to Security matters

Understands the principle of Good Corporate Governance practices

Army, Police or Navy Background are welcomed

Strong leadership, ability to drive the team, result and target oriented, analytical skill, strategic thinker, have problem solving and decision making skills

Excellent interpersonal skill, proactive and customer service oriented

Willing to work at Karawang (Staff quarter will be provided)

Job Description:

Controlling guards

Responsibility of guards’ report

Arrange monthly schedule in security dept

Checking inventory goods

Ensuring save condition surround hotel

Meet and appointment with Goverment, Police, Army and local people
